7 miles am, 5 miles pm.  I ran hard today.  Stefan got back from Mexico.  I like running with Stefan because he can push me.  I'll try this season to keep up with him.

I felt like I was going faster than I really was at the beginning, and I felt sick the last mile.  I puked in the straightaway.  My PR is a whole minute faster.

I could've sworn this was a six mile loop, but g-maps pedometer disagrees.  By the time I checked the pedometer, it was too late to start running again.  I am full of food and it is dark out.  From now on I'll do pedometer beforehand and plan my routes.
