I woke up sore after sleeping on my shoulder.  When my coach an I ran past a radar spedometer, it showed how fast we were going.

Welcome to the blog! So how fast were you going?

From Clayton on Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 18:37:03

Good thing a cop wasn't around, you guys would have got a speeding ticket;)

They have those in my neighborhood alot. I got it up to 11 mph one morning and after I passed it my neighbor was driving behind me and pulled up to me in amazement. I told him that the kenyans could run 12-13 mph easily so I had to work at it. His jaw dropped! funny. Welcome to the blog.

Hey good to see you got a blog. We got it to pick us up too, but it got us at 23, at least I'm pretty sure it was us ;)

Clayton you forgot to tell them that you picked it up after that point and finished much stronger. Good run today and have fun at WBR. Look out Ragnar here comes Spruce. Stay consistant. Thanks for your dedication to the teams success.
