AM: To sugarhouse, 5 hills, and back to the stadium. Some of the runners got into a minor argument with a biker, who happened to be my uncle. Apparently he wasn't too happy with us being in the bike lane (although maybe he was just mad that Greeny was running straight at him). PM: AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Ladder speedwork in the heat of day. I'm so glad there was a breeze! 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 200 m @ 0:32, 0:30 I stopped my watch at exactly 0:30.00! No decimals!
400 m @ 1:12, 1:14
600 m @ 1:52, 1:57
800 m @ 2:32, 2:42
1000 m @ 3:32 I don't know if I felt like passing out or if it just got bright and I started to squint. I am definitely glad I did this workout. I have plenty of strength, I needed today's speed.
